A great piece of industrial brutalist design.! Very unusual brutalist design c1965 veneered Iroko School cabinet in used / patinated condition.
Boxy industrial design and very solid. On the back it is date stamped Enham 1965. This design is often attributed to, but not credited to, Erno Goldfinger.
It has the most fantastic Iroko grain in the wood and is extremely solid. The quality is unbelievably solid and this piece will work well either as a bedroom wardrobe or kitchen pantry. The added bonus is that it has an additional cabinet at the bottom which can actually be removed with screws if necessary. De-commissioned from a school where it spent 60+ years until being acquired recently by Vintagehausinterior.
Has been cleaned and treated with oil
