A very unusual early production model James Leonard for ESA school desk produced between 1947-50. A superb example of Post war British industrial design.
This early version of the ESA desk features a curved desk top edge as opposed to the later flat edge, and straight front legs, allowing it to be pushed flat to a wall.
Condition wise it is in very good clean undamaged condition with wear and ageing to the desktop. There’s graffiti inside the desk, please refer to the photos.
