Lucien-Henri Weil, known professionally as Weiluc or Lucien-Henri Weiluc (born Lucien-Isidore Weil on December 12, 1873, in Paris, died September 10, 1947), was a painter, graphic artist, lithographic poster designer, and press illustrator.
Notable Work: Created popular illustrated satirical works and posters during the Belle Époque, including famous lithographs like the 1900 poster for Le Frou-frou
